GSS America Infotech limited has won the prestigious project to implement Microsoft Dynamics 4.0 CRM solution for Abu Dhabi Executive Council, a local executive authority of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi assisting the government to carry out their duties and powers. The Council is responsible for progress of government-sponsored projects, the development of services and the improvement of governmental performance in Abu Dhabi chaired by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces

The client's objective was to provision excellent government services leading to people and employee satisfaction and to achieve overall society satisfaction by creating a positive impact on it, socially, economically, environmentally and politically. To achieve this goal, the client built a model towards Total Quality Management highlighting Leadership as a driving force that pertains to people management and development. The other major criterion for the client was Policy & Strategy formulation by the Leadership of the organization and to define work procedures by raising its standards thereby reducing its production cost via elimination wasteful activities. The overall model framework would encourage knowledge and learning activities.

The project scope comprises Microsoft CRM 4.0 solution to meet the customer's business objectives and includes BRS to implementation and training with the objective to lock in the current customers and attract new customers for more engagement by offering a unique online experience.

The comprehensive solution will help the Abu Dhabi Executive Council to achieve excellence in organizational performance and services given to all stakeholders. It will also help in develop a robust and sound performance based bonus scheme along with a market based correction mechanism.
